The Indiana Jones Halloween costume has been, and remains, one of the most popular Halloween costumes for adventurous little boys everywhere. The series which was produced showing a young Jones, also incorporated many historical figures from that time, like Ernest Hemmingway and John Ford, into the show.

This mix of adventure and history is a potent combination, and the backdrop of the time period allows for a simpler setting, and more focus on the storyline and the characters, rather than the gadgets or special effects like you see today.
